On the consultation, you’ll have space to breathe, reflect, and get honest about what’s working—and what’s not. There’s no pressure to impress or perform. This is a space for clarity, calm, and small steps forward that feel doable and real.

Low Tier: 6-Week Coaching Package (30 min/week)
900 (no email support)
Mid Tier: 1:1 Supportive Coaching
$2,500 for 3 months

Description: Ongoing support serving as a thinking partner, accountability & strategic support to anchor individuals seeking sustained progress.

Structure: Consists of a 90-minute comprehensive intake and subsequent 11 weekly 30-minute sessions, and continuous email support over three months.

After years working in pediatric intensive care, she saw firsthand what happens when people’s lives run on survival mode. That experience shaped her belief that burnout isn’t just about doing too much—it’s about being pulled in too many directions that don’t align with who you are.
Crystal is a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, Certified Life and Leadership coach, and holds multiple certifications in mindset and behavioral change. She now blends science, strategy, and soul to support people who are doing meaningful work but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or depleted.
At Route to Respite, she offers private coaching focused on helping people rebuild clarity, energy, and confidence—so they can lead and live with more peace, purpose, and personal alignment.
She’s also a homeschool mom, avid reader, and a firm believer that rest is not a reward—it’s a requirement.
