Take 90 minutes to slow down, look at your life, and build a plan that helps you feel like yourself again. This one-time session combines the science of Lifestyle Medicine with coaching that helps you focus on what really matters. Together, we’ll figure out what’s draining your energy, what’s most important to you right now, and what simple steps will make the biggest difference.

What We'll Do:

  • Full Lifestyle Check-In: Examine your daily habits through the six parts of Lifestyle Medicine — healthy eating, movement, stress management, sleep hygiene, strong relationships, and avoiding harmful substances.

  • Connect Your Health to Your Values: We’ll make sure your goals fit your real life and what’s important to you in this season.

  • Personalized Health Plan: You’ll leave with an evidenced-backed plan, practical next steps, and helpful resources sent after your session.
