With a trauma-informed and multicultural approach, Leah offers compassionate, affirming mental health therapy that helps clients feel seen, heard, and supported. While she specializes in trauma and grief, her work also includes supporting teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-harm, identity challenges, and major life transitions.
Leah’s therapeutic style is holistic and person-centered, rooted in the belief that healing happens when clients are empowered to move at their own pace. She integrates evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with somatic techniques and breathwork, supporting the mind-body connection and offering tools that go beyond talk therapy alone.
Above all, Leah is committed to walking alongside her clients with empathy, curiosity, and collaboration—helping them build coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and move toward lasting healing.
Leah is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She was honored with the Servant Hearts Award, recognizing her academic excellence, leadership, and meaningful service to her community.

What is Mental Health Therapy?
You’re holding it together for everyone else
but inside, it still hurts. And it’s hard to know where to start.
—
Through one-on-one, group or somatic therapy, Leah helps you process the weight of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and emotional pain in a safe and supportive space. Together, you’ll explore what’s underneath the surface, gently untangle what’s been holding you back, and begin building a life that feels grounded, whole, and truly yours.
